2. Release the catch on the front of the system and hinge the top half open to gain access to the TransTak rollers.
To remove the bottom TransTak roller, loosen the fixing screw located in the bearing carriers at either end of the TransTak roller. A
2.5mm Allen key is required to loosen the fixing screws.
To remove the top TransTak roller, loosen the fixing screw located under the bearing carriers at either end of the TransTak roller.
Support the TransTak roller whilst completing this operation so that it does not fall from its position. A 2.5mm Allen key is required
to loosen the fixing screws.
IMPORTANT
When replacing the new TransTak elastomer rollers, check that they run freely in the bearing carriers before starting to use the
TakClean system for production.
