USING THE MINI-CHOPPER
The Chopper is used to chop meat, cheese, onion,
herbs, walnuts, almond, vegetables and fruit.
Attention!
Do not chop very hard products, such as nutmegs,
coffee beans, cereals and ice.
Before you start chopping:
–
Cut meat, cheese, onion, vegetables and fruit into
cubes approximately 2x2 cm in size.
–
Remove stems of herbs, shell nuts.
–
Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
–
To achieve the best results, refer to the table
below.

Warning: the knife is very sharp! Always hold the
knife by the upper plastic end.
•
Place the chopper bowl (5) on a flat stable surface.
•
Set the chopping knife (6) on the axis of chopper
bowl (5).
•
Put the products into the chopper bowl (5).
Note:
–
Do not switch the unit on when the chopper bowl
(5) is empty.

Place the geared lid (7) on the chopper bowl (5),
having matched the ledges on the bowl (5) with the
grooves on the lid (7), and turn the lid clockwise
until bumping.
2.
Attach the motor unit (2) to the geared lid (7),
matching the mark
on the motor unit (2) with
the mark
on the geared lid (7) and turn
it clockwise till bumping. The mark
should
match the mark
on the geared lid (7) in fixed
position.
3.
To connect the unit to the mains, insert the power
cord plug into the mains socket.
4.
To switch the blender on, press and hold the but-
ton (3).
5.
When the button (4) is pressed, the knife rotates at
maximal rotation speed.
–
During operation hold the motor unit (2) with one
hand and the chopper bowl (5) with the other hand.
–
After using the unit, wait till the chopping knife (6)
fully stops.
–
Unplug the unit.
–
After you finish using the blender, remove the
motor unit (2) from the geared lid (7) by turning it
counterclockwise so the mark
on the motor unit
(2) is opposite the mark
.
–
Remove the geared lid (7) by turning it counter-
clockwise.
–
Carefully remove the chopping knife (6) taking it by
the plastic end.
–
Take the chopped products out of the chopper
bowl (5).
Attention!
Follow the described sequence of operations
strictly.
CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (6)
are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the knife
(6) very carefully!
•
Unplug the unit before cleaning.
•
Remove the attachments.
•
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2)
and the gears (7, 8), then wipe them dry.
•
After processing of salty or sour products it is
necessary to rinse the chopper knife (6) and the
blender attachment (1) with water right after the
use.
•
While possessing products with strong dyeing
properties (for instance carrot or beet-root) the
bowls or attachments can get colored, wipe the
attachments or bowls with a cloth, dampened in
vegetable oil.
•
Wash the attachments (1, 9), the chopping knife
(6), the measuring cup (10) and the chopper bowl
(5) in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them.
Do not immerse the motor unit (2) and the gears
(7, 8) into any liquids, do not wash them under
water jet or in a dishwashing machine.
Storage
–
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it
away for long storage.
–
Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
–
Keep the blender set away from children in a dry
cool place.
