Maxedia 4

Layers

The Layers window lets you select which layer in the active cue you would like to adjust.  The
selected layer will be outlined in red.  An icon representing the plugin that is used in each layer will be
shown.  The Media Player icon (shown here in layer 7) will be replaced with the icon for the media
that is being played in that layer once the media has been selected. All other plugin types will
continue to show the plugin icon even after media has been selected.

Direct Access

The Direct Access window is divided into 3 sections.  The top row lets you select which aspects of
the current layer you will be controlling (Dimmer, Color, Position, Effects.....).  The middle section
lists the types of changes that can be made. The lower section shows icons representing the presets
that are defined for that effect type.
