E E 1 1 - - Change the hydraulic and
transmission oil
Before proceeding with these opera-
tions, check that the truck is standing on
a
perfectly horizontal surface and that the
engine is off.
Place a receptable under drain plug 1
(fig. E1/1).
Remove the plug and allow the oil to
flow out.
Remove fill plug 2 (fig. E1/2) to speed
up the operation.
When the tank is empty, remove the
hydraulic oil filter by unscrewing the four
fixing screws 4 (fig.E1/3) for access to
the suction cartridge.
E E 2 2 - - Replacing the hydraulic oil
cartridge
Unscrew the cartridge from the bottom
of the tank, replace with a new one.
Filling the tank
Refit and tighten drain plug 1 (fig. E1/1).
Fill the tank with oil (see “LUBRICANT”
chart) through fill hole 5 (fig. E1/2) until
the oil level reaches between the lower
and upper marks of level gauge 6 (fig.
E1/4).
Check for any leaks from the drain hole.
Refit tank plug 2 (fig. E1/2).

- Hydrauliköl wechseln
Fahrzeug auf ebener Fläche abstellen.
Motor abstellen.
Einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter
unter dem Ölablaßstopfen "1" (Abb.
E1/1) stellen. Den Stopfen abschrauben
und das Öl auslaufen lassen.
Auch den Öleinfüllstopfen "2" (Abb.
E1/2) öffnen, damit das Öl
schneller ausläuft.
Altöl umweltgerecht entsorgen.
Wenn der Ölbehälter
leer ist, den Hydraulikfilter ausbauen,
indem man die vier
Befestigungsschrauben
"4" (Abb. E1/3) am Ölbehälter löst,
um Zugriff zum Saugkorb zu erhalten.
E E 2 2 - - Saugkorb im Hydrauliktank
reinigen
Den Saugkorb am Boden des Ölbehäl-
terslosschrauben, mit Dieselöl
reinigen und mit Druckluft säubern. Den
sauberen Saugkorb wieder einbauen.
Füllen des Hydrauliktank
Den Ölablaßstopfen "1" (Abb. E1/1)
einsetzen und festschrauben.
Den Ölbehälter durch den Öleinfüllstop-
fen "5" (Abb. E1/2) füllen (vgl. “TABEL-
LE DERFÜLLMENGEN”), bis der korrek-
te Ölstand erreichtist. (zwischen den
beiden Markierungen des
Ölstandanzeigers "6" (Abb. E1/4)
Die Ölablaßschraube auf festen Sitz und
Dichtheit prüfen.
Die Verschlußschraube des Ölbehälters
"2" (Abb. E1/2) aufsetzen.

E E 1 1 - - Sostituire olio idraulico e
trasmissione
Prima di fare queste operazioni, assicu-
ratevi che il carrello sia su di una super-
ficie orizzontale e che il motore sia
spento. Mettere un recipiente sotto il
tappo di svuotamento 1 (fig. E1/1.).
Togliere il tappo e lasciare defluire l’olio.
Per affrettare lo svuotamento, togliere il
tappo di riempimento 2 (fig.E1/2).
Quando il serbatoio sarà vuoto smonta-
re il filtro dell’olio idraulico togliendo le
quattro viti di fissaggio 4 (fig.E1/3) al
serbatoio per accedere alla succhieruola
d’aspirazione.
E E 2 2 - - Sostituzione del filtro di
aspirazione impianto idraulico
Svitare la cartuccia di aspirazione situa-
ta sul fondo del serbatoio ,e sostituirla
con una di uguali caratteristiche vedi
("TABELLA ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E
CINGHIE").
Riempire del serbatoio.
Rimettere e serrare il tappo di
svuotamento 1 (fig.E1/1).Riempire il
serbatoio d’olio (vedere "LUBRIFICAN-
TI”) attraverso il foro di riempimento 5
(fig.E1/2) fino a quando il livello dell’olio
non é equidistante fra i segni di
riferimento inferiore e superiore
dell’indicatore di livello 6
(fig.E1/4).Controllare eventuali perdite
dal foro di svuotamento. Mettere il tappo
di chiusura del serbatoio 2 (fig.E1/2).
