Um eine sichere Standangabe zu erhal-
ten, sicherstellen, dass der Motor eben
steht oder sich in der normalen
Betriebsposition befindet.
Nach dem ABSTELLEN des Motors vor
der Prüfung des Ölstands 10 Minuten
abwarten, während denen das Motoröl in
den Ölsumpf “1” (A1) zurücklaufen kann.
Die Motorhaube öffnen. (Seite
Kraftstofftank)
Den Ölstand zwischen der Marke “ADD
(HINZUFÜGEN)” (Y) und der Marke
“FULL (VOLL)” (X) auf dem Ölmessstab
halten.
Den Ölsumpf nicht über die Marke
“FULL”(X) hinaus füllen.
Den Öleinfüllstopfen abnehmen und bei
Bedarf Öl hinzufüllen, “2” (A1).
Den Öleinfüllstopfen reinigen.
Den Öleinfüllstopfen wieder anbringen

- Standkontrolle der
kühlflüssigkeit
Das Fahrzeug auf ebenem Boden
abstellen, den Motor abstellen und
auskühlen lassen.
Den Kühlerverschlußdeckel "1" (Abb.
A2) entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn lang-
sam bis zum Sicherheitsanschlag los-
schrauben.Überdruck und Dampf ablas-
sen.Auf den Verschlußdeckel drücken,
um ihn abschrauben zu können.Falls
erforderlich Kühlwasser nachfüllen, bis
es 12 mm unter der Einfüllöffnung "2"
(Abb. A2) steht. Die Kante des
Kühlerstutzens leicht schmieren, damit
der Kühlerverschraubdeckel sich besser
schrauben läßt.
Wenn die Kühlflüssigkeitr sehr warm ist,
nur warme Kühlflüssigkeit zugeben
(80°C).

For accurate indication of the level,
make sure the engine is level or in the
normal operating position.
After having switched the engine off,
before checking the oil level wait for 10
minutes to allow the oil to flow into oil cup
“1” (A1).
Open the engine hood. (fuel tank side)
The oil level must remain between the
“ADD” mark (Y) and the “FULL” mark
(X) on the level rod.
Do not fill the oil cup beyond the “FULL”
mark (X).
Remove the oil filler plug and add oil, if
necessary, “2” (A1).
Wipe the oil filler plug.
Refit the oil filler plug

- Check the cooling fluid level
Set the truck on level ground, switch off
the engine and allow it to cool.
Slowly turn the plug of radiator 1 (fig.
A2) in an anticlockwise direction until
reaching the safety stop. Allow the pres-
sure and steam to escape.
Push the plug downwards and turn it to
remove. If necessary, add cooling fluid
until the level is 12 mm below fill hole 2
(fig. A2). Lightly lubricate the lip of the fill
hole to facilitate radiator plug entry.

Per ottenere una indicazione accurata
del livello, accertarsi che il motore sia in
piano o nella posizione normale di fun-
zionamento.
Dopo aver SPENTO il motore, prima di
controllare il livello dell’olio
attendere 10 minuti mentre l’olio motore
defluisce nella coppa dell’olio “1” (A1).
Aprire il cofano motore. (lato serbatoio
carburante)
Mantenere il livello dell’olio tra il segno
di “ADD (AGGIUNGERE)” (Y) e il segno
di “FULL (PIENO)” (X) sull’astina di livel-
lo.
Non riempire la coppa dell’olio oltre il
segno di “FULL”(X) .
Rimuovere il tappo di rifornimento dell’o-
lio e aggiungere olio, se necessario, “2”
(A1).
Pulire il tappo di rifornimento dell’olio.
Riposizionare il tappo di rifornimento
dell’olio.
A A 2 2 - - Controllare livello liquido di
raffreddamento
Con il carrello su di una superficie piana
e a motore spento, lasciare raffreddare il
motore.
Girare lentamente il tappo del radiatore
1 (fig. A2) in senso antiorario fino al
fermo di sicurezza.
Fare uscire la pressione e il vapore.
Spingere in basso e girare il tappo in
modo da poterlo togliere.
Se necessario, aggiungere refrigerante
fino ad una altezza di 12 mm sotto il
foro di riempimento 2 (fig. A2).
- Lubrificare leggermente il bordo del
foro di riempimento per facilitare
l’inserimento del tappo del radiatore.

Questa serie di operazioni è da effet-
tuarsi quando sia necessario o una volta
all’anno prima dell’inizio dell’inverno.
