CRANKCASE

Installing the positive crankcase
ventilation

Attaching the left oil return line

• Position the oil return lines (2) and (3) so that they

are strain-free

• Tighten the union nuts for the oil return lines (2)

and (3)

• Mount the fastening (1)

Attaching the right oil return line

• Position the oil return lines (1) and (2) so that they

are strain-free

• Tighten the union nuts for the oil return lines (1)

and (2)

• Mount the fastening (3)

Attaching the right positive crankcase
ventilation

• Position the vent line (5) and pull on the hoses with

jubilee clips (4) and (6)

• Insert the mounting bolts (3)
• Screw on the mounting nuts (1) with washers (2)

and tighten them

• Attach the jubilee clips (4) and (6) using the

Hose

clamp pliers for jubilee clips [166]

Attaching the left positive crankcase ventilation

• Position the vent line (5) and pull on the hoses with

jubilee clips (4) and (6)

• Insert the mounting bolts (3)
• Screw on the mounting nuts (1) with washers (2)

and tighten them

• Attach the jubilee clips (4) and (6) using the

Hose
