Installing the ywheel

Putting on the ywheel

CAUTION
Danger of injury due to heavy
components

• Use lifting gear to install the ywheel

WARNING
Component damage due to reused
ywheel bolts

• Fit new mounting bolts if the existing

ones have been unscrewed

• Align the dowel hole in the ywheel (3) with the

crankshaft alignment pin

• Put on the ywheel (3) over the

Aligning tool [126]

(1) and (2)

Unscrewing the aligning tools

• Screw in the new ywheel mounting bolts
• Unscrew the

Aligning tool [126]

(1) and (2)

Screwing in the ywheel mounting bolts

• Screw in the remaining new mounting bolts (1) and

(2)

Tightening diagram

• Tighten the mounting bolts in the sequence 1-10
