than the set upper limit value.
IFLO
This output is set if the measuring value is less than
the set lower limit value.
IFIN
This output is set if the measuring value is within the
range of upper and lower limit values.
IFOU
This output is set if the measuring value exceeds the
range of lower and upper limit values.
IFOV
This output is set if the measuring range has been
exceeded.
IFRN
This output is set if the device is ready to measure.
