Inactive SIM card or SIM failure:
Check
that the SIM card was inserted properly.
Contact with your mobile operator that the SIM
is active and available.
Mobil network service failure:
If you
are
sure about the mobile network outage or
providing trouble, and the
GSM state
is not
available, wait for a couple of minutes and push
on the
Restart device
button for the device
restart. Then, please check the network
connection and statuses again.
GSM module failure:
When there is no
available
IMEI
identifier, and you will receive
the null values, and the
Status
is
„
connected
”
,
then
the module
has been malcuntioned,
recheck the operation and call our support line.
