8 Troubleshooting

This error is displayed if power supply is

interrupted during normal operation,
causing the bulb to extinguish. It is also
displayed if voltage is applied while lamp
is switched off or if the bulb or the igniter
is defect.



Make sure to provide stable power

supply.



Check the bulb and change if necessary.



Check if drawer is completely closed. Otherwise the internal power connection of the

lamp is not correctly closed.



Serious hardware problem. Send equipment to Henkel Technical Service for checking

and repair.

This error is displayed if

– Ignition was attempted although no bulb

has been installed,

– Normal bulb service life has been

exceeded considerably, or

– The bulb has overheated-



Install bulb.



Install new bulb.



Allow bulb to cool down (approx. 5 minutes), then re-ignite.

No voltage measured at bulb during

ignition.
– Cord required for power supply to lamp

housing is not connected.



Check connector cord (XS4) on lamp

housing and controller (XS4).

This error is displayed if

– Data cable for lamp housing not

connected.



Check cord on lamp housing (XS3) and

controller (XS3).
