8 Troubleshooting



Insert the sensor cable plug into the

relevant socket on the PCB.



Re-assemble top cover and tighten the

4 screws.

CAUTION!

Be careful not to disturb the ground cable!

8.6 Sensor Cable Replacement



To disassemble lamp housing from the cure chamber, remove the 4 screws.



Lift lamp housing off.



Disconnect plug connection.



Disassemble base plate - remove the 10 screws.



Disconnect sensor cable from the connector on the sensor PCB and connect plug of

new cable.



Pass both sensor cables through one of the rear ventilation slots into the lamp housing.



Re-assemble base plate.



Re-connect plug connection.



Re-assemble lamp housing to the cure chamber and screw down.



Remove the 4 screws which hold down the red top cover.



Lift the top cover off.

CAUTION!

Be careful not to disturb the ground cable!



Disconnect sensor cable from the plug on the PCB and connect plug of new cable.



Re-assemble top cover and tighten the 4 screws.

8.7 Change of Reflector



Unlock and open the drawer.
