8 Troubleshooting

8.4 Filter Pad Replacement



Unlock and open the drawer.



Undo the two knurled screws.



Pull off cooling channel.



Replace filter.



Re-assemble in reverse order.

8.5 Change of UV Sensor



Disassemble lamp housing from the

cure chamber. (Remove the 4 screws.)



Lift lamp housing off.



Disconnect plug connection.



Remove the 4 screws of the red lamp

housing cover.



Lift housing cover off.

CAUTION!

Pay attention to the ground cord.



Disconnect plug.



Disassemble base plate. (Remove

the 10 screws.)



Unscrew sensor PCB and remove

carefully the sensor cord.



Mount new sensor PCB to the allocated

space.



Pass sensor cable through one of the

rear ventilation slots into the lamp
housing.



Re-assemble base plate.



Re-connect plug connection.



Re-assemble lamp housing to the cure

chamber and screw down.
