8 Troubleshooting
Internal self test is not passed.

Send equipment to Henkel Technical
Service for checking and repair.
UV level is below 10%.
– Wire break in sensor cable, or
– Sensor lens dirty or contaminated.
– Sensor PCB is defect.
This message appears also if the UV level
at 500 W is too high.

In case of wire break, replace sensor cable, see section 8.6.

Gently clean sensor lens using a cotton swab soaked in pure alcohol.

Change Sensor PCB.
In this case the system queries for shutter
position and for the time required for
opening/closing the shutter.
– No compressed air
– Pressure too low.
– Air throttle (advance forward/shutter
closed) of pneumatic cylinder closed.
– Shutter jammed.

Close door.

Check compressed air connections

Adjust pressure to correct setting: minimum 4 bar, maximum 6 bar.

To open closed air throttle, turn counter clockwise approx. 7 turns. Correct setting if
error message is repeated.

Open drawer and check if parts positioned within shutter motion range cause jamming.
Remove part.

Push button to reset fault.

Let the system cools the bulb down until 100 % cooled (app. 5 Minutes) and start
again.
If these procedures are unsuccessful:

Send equipment to Henkel Technical Service for checking and repair.
