4 Installation

4.5 Start-up



Press power switch to switch the unit on.

As an example the chamber version

97055.



Follow instructions on the display to

ignite the bulb.



Push the button to ignite the lamp.

The warm-up phase takes about 80 s. No cure cycle can be started during warm-up.
Next, the following information is

displayed:
Start of bulb warm-up phase
(bulb cold); 0 s.

Mid-time of warm-up phase;
about 9 s passed;
status: Ignition has occurred.

Near end of warm-up phase;
about 65 s passed;
status: Ignition has occurred.

As soon as this information is displayed

after warm-up or at the end of a cure
cycle, the system is in ready state and the
lamp power is adjusted to 500 W.
The green LED lights up.
For 97056 or for 97055 fitted with a UV
sensor, the display indicates not only
exposure time but also the UV level
measured, displayed as % instead of

dashes. When UVALOC is started for the

first time, this value is 0% as no
measurement has yet been made.
The “close door” message is displayed
only for the chamber version in case the
door has not been closed.
