3. Select Print Diagnostics Test Page from the Commands
Description List.
4. Select Send to Printer.
5. Select OK.
6. Stored error codes will print under Error Log in the Information
block on the Diagnostic Test Page.
To clear the error log of all stored codes:
1. Select Clear Error Log from the Commands Description List.
2. Select Send to Printer.
3. Select OK.
Printhead Calibration
This procedure calibrates the printhead to the printer and is required
after the printhead or system board is replaced.
The printhead calibration number is located on the bar code label
attached to the printhead.
You can use either the diagnostic service diskette or the internal WPS
Diagnostic Toolkit, if installed.
1. Select Setup from menu.
2. Select Set Printhead Value from the Commands Description List.
3. Locate the 15th and 16th digits of the Bar Code number (the 2nd
and 3rd digit from the right).
4. Enter this number on the Printer Command Update and send to
the printer.
If you want to verify the change, print the Diagnostic Test Page. The
printhead number prints in the diagnostic information block.
