The duration of exposure is set incrementally in the sen-
sor. The actual duration of exposure can deviate slightly 
from the parameter value transmitted. The exposure 
duration set can be accessed with the "Get Single 
Inspection Task Parameter" (0x006F) command in com-
bination with parameter ID 0x0BBD.
