The hole-punch waste tank in the optional Finisher is full. Dispose of the punch
waste.

The optional Finisher has run out of staples. Replace the staple cartridge.
“Drawer inoperable. Call for service.”
The drawer currently in use is out of order and cannot be used at the moment.
Contact the service representative for your copier as soon as possible. To continue
copying, use another drawer.
“Cannot be combined.”
The functions that you selected on the touch panel cannot be combined. Select
other functions.
“Exceeded pre registered copying quantity.”
The number of copies that was allotted for that department code under the copy
management mode has been reached. Clear the copy counts for all department
codes or register a new department code.
“Duplex tray inoperable, call for service.”
There is a problem in the duplex unit. Two-sided copying is not possible. Contact
the service representative for your copier as soon as possible.

“Paper capacity exceeded. Remove paper
from Finisher.”
The number of sheets in the optional Finisher exceeds the acceptable capacity.
Remove all finished copies and press the Start key.

“Reset all originals in feeder.”
The first original was not fed correctly into the DF. Remove all originals and then
set them in the DF once again.

“Memory overflow. Delete some stored data.”
The corresponding box has reached its acceptable limit of data under the copy
management function. In order to register new data into one of the boxes, it is
first necessary to delete some of the currently registered data.

“System error. Main switch off/on.”

An error has occurred during data management. Turn the main switch OFF (O)
and then back ON ( | ) again, then attempt the procedure again from the
beginning.
The hard disk is now being optimized. Please wait until optimization is complete.

for your copier as soon as possible. Copying will not be possible until the neces-
sary parts are replaced.

There is a problem with the scanning function of the optional Print/Scan System.
Contact the service representative for your copier as soon as possible.
The amount of paper loaded in the optional Side Deck exceeds the acceptable
capacity of that deck. Remove some of the paper from the Side Deck.
