• Photo mode exposure control
In photo-mode, the drum surface potential is lowered according to the simulation 32 setting
(Drum surface potential setting) and the intensity of light from the halogen lamp is controlled
as follows from the photo mode exposure value data set with Simulation 24 (exposure
adjustment).

EXP1 – EXP4
The exposure value slope is calculated from the photo mode EXP1 (simulation 24-5)
and photo mode EXP4 (simulation 24-6) settings and the exposure light intensities for
each EXP value are controlled according to this slope.

EXP4 – EXP7
The exposure value slope is calculated from the photo mode EXP4 (Simulation 24-6)
and photo mode EXP7 (Simulation 24-7) settings and the exposure light intensities for
each EXP value are controlled according to this slope.
