Replace the separation charger wire (see
page 3-3-79).
Check for continuity across the connector
terminals. If none, replace them.
Check CN1-10 on the MPCB goes low during
copying. If not, check the connector
conditions. If they are okay, replace the
MPCB.
With CN1-5 on the MPCB held low, check if
output operates. If it does not, replace the
HVTPCB.
Check for continuity. If none, repair wiring.
Check for continuity across the connector
terminals. If none, replace them.
Check CN1-7 on the MPCB goes low during
copying. If not, check the connector
conditions. If they are okay, replace the
MPCB.
With CN1-8 on the MPCB held low, check if
output operates. If it does not, replace the
HVTPCB.
Check if CN1-1 on the MPCB goes low when
the original detection switch is turned on. If
not, replace the original detection switch.
Place them correctly.
Check for continuity across the connector
terminals. If none, replace them.
Run simulation 57 and check if each sensor
operates correctly, if not, replace the original
size sensor or the MPCB.
