3. Remove the rear cover from the copier.
4. Cut out the area in the right cover using a nipper.
5. Remove the two screws holding the right cover at the machine rear as shown in

figure.

6. Peel off the seal attached to the cutout of the rear side plate.
7. Remove the shorting connector from the 4-pin connector on the copier.
