8. Attach the scanner wire of the machine rear to the each pulley with the following

procedure.

Run the scanner wire with the round terminal along the groove in the inner
scanner (machine front) pulley on light source unit 2, from bottom to top.

Fit the round terminal of the Step

to the pressure adjuster at the right side of

the machine.

Run the scanner wire with the ball along the groove in the scanner pulley of the
machine from bottom to top.

Run the scanner wire with the ball of the Step

along the groove in the outer

scanner (machine rear) pulley on light source unit 2, from bottom to top.

Hook the ball of the Step

onto the tension spring at the left side of the

machine.
