Check for continuity across the con-
nector terminals. If none, replace
them.

Check the main charger assembly.
Clean it if it is dirty.

Check the main charger wire and re-
place it if it is broken.

Check the transfer/separation
charger assembly. Clean it if it is
dirty.

Check the transfer/separation
charger wire and replace it if it is
broken.

Detach the main charger assembly
and if C500 persists, replace the
high-voltage transformer PCB.

Check for continuity across the fixing
heater terminals. If none, replace the
fixing heater.
