Operating faults
The tools are designed to prevent clogging or blocking. It is therefore
extremely rare for a fault to occur.
Clogging
In the event of clogging, the engine speed decreases continuously
and the quality of the work result is reduced
At the first signs of clogging
Reduce the driving speed
Lift the machine slightly
Lower the machine and resume work as normal
If the clogging has occurred due to compacted soil deposits, clean the
machine thoroughly with a pressure washer.
Blocking
During work, foreign bodies, such as stones or iron parts, can block
the function of the machine.
In this case, the tractor’s PTO must be deactivated immediately.
In the event of a blockage
Switch off the tractor's PTO immediately
Stop the tractor
Lift the machine
Use suitable equipment to secure the machine against accidental
lowering or dropping
Switch off the tractor
Secure the tractor against rolling away
Remove foreign bodies with a suitable tool
Continue work as usual
Do not continue working with a blockage
Work must not be continued before the cause of the blockage has
been eliminated.
Failure to observe these instructions may result in severe or fatal
accidents.
Only remove foreign bodies using a tool
Do not grasp foreign bodies directly with your hand to remove them.
Failure to observe these instructions may result in severe or fatal
accidents.
