104

Cracker packer roller

During work, the scrapers continuously remove the soil that collects
on the rollers and thus prevent deposits. The knives continuously
comminute the soil
The scrapers and knives wear down over time.

Replacing the knife

Make the same setting on both sides of the machine



Lift the machine



Use suitable equipment to secure the machine against accidental
lowering or dropping



Switch off the tractor and secure it against rolling away



Remove the bolt and nuts on the knife



Remove the knife with scraper



Remove the bolt and nuts on the scraper



Remove the scrapers



Dispose of the old knife



Fit the scraper onto new knife with a bolt and nut



Fit the new knife onto the holder with a bolt and nut



If required, align the scraper

Replacing the scrapers

Make the same setting on both sides of the machine



Lift the machine



Use suitable equipment to secure the machine against accidental
lowering or dropping



Switch off the tractor and secure it against rolling away



Remove the bolt and nuts on the scraper



Remove the scrapers



Dispose of the old scraper



Fit the scraper onto the knife with the bolt and nut



If required, align the scraper
