Step 2:

Pressing the

key, the calibrator connects and

senses the type of the pressure module and sets the range
automatically. If it fails to connect, the LCD shows “NO.OP” in
the upper part.

Step 3:

Press the

key to select measurement current

function.

Step 4:

Zero off the reading following the pressure module

manual. When the reading overtops the 5 percentage of maxim
value of the range, the LCD shows “ERR” in the lower part.

Pressing the

key initializes the calibrator

”symbol shows on the left upper part of the LCD. Figure 14 calibrate 2 wire pressure transmitter

Step 5:

Apply pressure on the pipe with the pressure source until the desired pressure value displayed on the

LCD. The LCD shows the present current value from the transmitter in the assistance district part.
