P ROBLEM S P OS S IBLE CAUS ES W HAT TO DO
Loa ding difficultie s
Hy draulic problem . Chec k that the hy draulic c onnec tion
between the trac tor and the m ac hine is
c orrec t (pres s ure and return).
. A sk y our dealer to c heck the hydraulic
pres sure (180 bar) and the pum p flow
(30 l/m in.). Return press ure m us t be 8 bar
m ax im um at nom inal trac tor engine s peed.
Distribution difficultie s
Im poss ible to dis tribute:
. Turbine fails to rotate, overload
c lutc h s lipping Turbine jam m ed . S witch off the trac tor engine and dis engage
the trac tor P TO (s ee the S afety P rec autions
s ec tion).
. Chec k that produc t has n’t built up in the
turbine. If this is the c as e, us e the hook
m ounted on the right-hand side of the
m ac hine to pull out the jam m ed produc t at
the dis tribution c hute or beater bar, then us e
a lever to ens ure that the turbine c an rotate
freely . Onc e releas ed, run the turbine em pty
for a few s ec onds until it reac hes its norm al
working s peed.
. The turbine is rotating and the
beater bar is m oving forwards Convey or s et to 0 . S et c onvey or speed to appropriate m ark
(see Des c ription of Controls s ection).
B eater bar jam m ed . Dec om pres s the product ins ide the body
with the gate.
. S witch the c onvey or briefly to revers e and
then back to forward m otion.
