Merger
- Remove cover (1).
- Remove filter cartridge (2).
- Replace the oil filter (3).
- Clean all components.
- Check condition of the seals (4). Replace them if
necessary.
- Coat O-rings (4) as well as threads and sealing
surfaces of the container and filter head with clean
service fluid.
- Reassemble the unit.
- Screw the cover (1) back on the filter cartridge:
• Torque: 1.5 daNm (11.1 lbf ft).
- Pivot cover (1).
- Tighten screw (2).
