6. - Putting into service

Merger
- Check connector cleanliness prior to
connecting the hoses.
- Before connecting hoses to the tractor
hydraulics, ensure that tractor and
machine circuits are not under pressure.
- Before disconnecting a hose, depressurize
the hydraulic circuit.
- Connect hydraulic hoses (a) and (b) to a double
acting valve:
• Hose (a) pressurizes the offset cylinders of the
work units in the direction of a windrow side
delivery (1 black ring + 1 red ring).
• Hose (b) pressurizes the offset cylinders of the
work units in the direction of a central windrow
delivery (2 red rings).
- Connect hydraulic hoses (c) and (d) to a double
acting valve:
This valve must have a floating position.
• Hose (c) pressurizes the transport/work
positioning cylinders in the work position direction
(1 black ring + 1 green collar).
• Hose (d) pressurizes the transport/work
positioning cylinders in the direction of the
transport or headland turn position (2 green
collars).
