Twine Guide
Undo the self-locking nuts (5). Set the double lug screw
(1) to such a height that the twine (2) enters exactly in
the middle between the starter roller (3) and the particular
pressure roller (4). Then position the lug screw at an
angle such that the twine rests on both sides of the lug.
Tighten up the self-locking nuts again.

Unintentional actuation of the starter
mechanism must be prevented. This
applies particularly for round balers
with comfort controls. Please read the
appropriate sections in the special
equipment chapter: "Electronic
Comfort Control".

Double Binding Twine Guide
Twine Limiters
To be able to set the width of the windings round the
bale, the twine limiters (1) in the slots (2) on the left and
right hand sides of the double binding twine guide are
adjustable.To do this, undo the screws (3) and shift the
twine limiter in the slot. After successfully making the
adjustment tighten up the screws again.

Via the cord (2), the right hand baling pressure gauge
indicates whether the tail gate properly closed. If the
locking hook is in the deepest position, but the tailgate
still closed, the right-hand baling pressure indicator (3)
should be on a level with firgure "3". To make the
adjustment, undo the nuts (1) and twist until the baling
pressure gauge is at the level of number "3". Tighten up
the nuts again.
