Watchdog 
Derate Signal 
Enum Signal 
Fail Signal 

Reserve resource 280h and IRQ5 for watchdog, derate, Enum or Fail 
signal.Fail signal from the power supply. Enum signal is generated by a 
hotswap compatible board after insertion and prior to removal. Derate signal 
indicates that the power supply is beginning to derate its power output.
