Basic FAX Operations

Place the document face up into the
Document Feeding Tray.

Press the Speed Dial key to display the
Speed Dial prompt.

Using the Numeric keys, enter the Speed dial
NO. of the party to which you are going to
transmit a document.

Then, press the Start key.

Example: Speed dial NO.38 = BOSTON

The machine now starts dialing the fax number and starts feeding the document.

If you want to stop the transmission, press the Stop key
and then the Yes key.

When transmission is completed, a buzzer
sounds and the message "TX COMPLETE"
is shown for 2 sec., indicating that the
document has been successfully transmitted
to the other party.
