Press the Utility key then the message
“MACHINE SETTING” appears.

Press "9" from the Numeric keys. The following
message appears briefly to confirm your
selection.

Press or key to select COPY, FAX or
PRINTER.(PRINTER selection is
available when the optional printer card is
equipped)

Press the Yes key. The next selection allows you
to specify the paper source.

Press or key to select Tray 1 or Tray 2
as the paper source for COPY and FAX
operation.

For PRINTER operation the following
selections are available.

AUTO

When tray 1 has legal size, this setting make your machine
print out the paper according the received document size.

TRAY 1

Select tray 1 for fax or copy operation. The next step allows
you to choose FIXED or CONTINUOUS.

TRAY 2

Select tray 2 for fax or copy operation. The next step allows
you to choose FIXED or CONTINUOUS.
