If you want to continue selecting destinations using Phone Book, repeat steps 16
through 20.

Selecting Destinations Using Phone Book (Search).
Search for the party you want for Group
Dial by using Phone Book Search.

For example:
To select the party (USA) listed in the Phone
Book for Group Dial 01, press the Phone
Book key.

Press the key to select “SEARCH”. Then,
press the Yes key.

Using the One-Touch keys, enter the name or initial of the destination for which
you want to search.

Selecting Characters

Using the following matrix, enter the characters of the name or initial by pressing
the corresponding Numeric keys and One-Touch keys the required number of
times.

Do the same for the destination for which you want to search.

If a wrong character has been entered, press key to move the cursor position back
one position then enter the correct character.

23.

Press the Yes key.
The machine now searches for the exact name or possible names beginning with
the name or initial entered.

For example: Search for the destination
name having USA at the beginning of the
name.

Finally it searched ten destinations.

Using the or keys, locate the destination
you want.

24.

Press the Start key.
The Message Display now shows the destination you selected, indicating that it has
been specified for Group Dial 01.

25.

Press the Yes key if the party has been
correctly selected.
The Message Display now prompts you to
select the next destination.
