Utility Functions

 NOTE

The following conditions must be met for Relay Initiate function:

•

 

The fax on the receiving party is only 

Konica 7415

.

•

 

The receiving party must register the One Touch key or Group dial key for relay
function.

•

 

The receiving party must register one Speed Dial for send report.

Then the message asks if you want to check
these destinations.

If you want to check the destinations you
inputted, press the Yes key. The display
appears the first destination.

Press Yes key to accept this entry, then the
display shows the next destination.

If you want to delete this destination, press
the No/Clear key.

Do it until all entries have been checked. Then press the Start key.

 Relay Initiate

Overview of the Relay Initiate function

Relay TX enables the operator to make one long distance call to a remote unit and
prompt the remote unit to relay the message to one or more fax units in the local area.
With this function, you can save valuable time and telephone charges. This function
can also instruct the remote fax machine to send an TX Result report to one of its
Speed Dial locations.

How to use the Relay Initiate function
