NOTE:

Registering a Group Dial into a One-Touch key in which One Touch Dial or
Program Dial or another Group Dial has previously been assigned overwrites the
original data.

Press the Yes key.
The “One Touch List” or “Speed Dial List” will print.

Check that the contents of the registered destinations are shown correctly on LIST.

Group Dial

Destinations registered for One Touch Dial, Speed Dial, and Phone Book can be
registered as a Group in a Group Dial key. Up to 27 Groups can be registered. Each
Group can contain up to 50 destinations. For this registration, Combination Dial can be
used.

If you frequently send the same document to multiple destinations, register these
destinations in a Group Dial to enable transmission to the entire Group using a single
key.

All of the One-Touch keys can be used for Group Dial.

Register the Group Dial

Press the Utility key 3 times.

The display shows the message "DIAL
REGISTRATION?”

 Press ‘3’ from the Numeric keys.

Press the desired One-Touch key in which
you want to register the group.
