Using The Confirm Utilities

MACHINE COUNTER

Various counters are performed, the counters are displayed on the message display by
using the Confirm function.

Counter

Description

TOTAL PRINT

Total print pages since the machine has been installed are
counted. Pick-up mistakes is not counted. Separator Jam and
Fuse Jam are counted.

TOTAL SCAN

Total scanned pages since the machine has been installed are
counted.

PM COUNTER

Total printed pages since PM part, transfer roller and fuser unit,
has been changed are counted. Pick-up mistake is not counted
.Separator Jam and Fuser Jam are counted.

TX PAGES

Total transmitted pages since the fax kit option has been
installed are counted.

RX PAGES

Total received pages since the fax kit option has been installed
are counted.

How to display the Counters

1.

 

Press the Confirm key into the Confirm Utilities.

2.

 

Press the Confirm key again, go to the “MACHINE
COUNTER” selection.

3.

 

Press the Yes key to accept this selection.

4.

 

On the message display it shows the first counter
of machine.

5.

 

You can use the   or   key to display other counters.
For example: Press the   key to display TOTAL SCAN
counter.
