Use the Numeric keys to enter the Mailbox
number you wish to delete.

For example: Delete the ID of Mailbox number 9.

Then the message appears as below.

Press the No/Clear key to delete the registered ID, then
the display appears the message as below.

Use the Numeric keys to enter the current ID of Mailbox 9.
For example: Delete ID (1234) of Mailbox 9.

(If you don’t know the ID, you cannot delete it.)

Press the Yes key.
If the ID you entered is correct, then the ID of this
mailbox is deleted.
