PRINT REPORT

This machine is equipped with a report output function for various types of data. These
features are detailed in “8 PRINTING REPORTS”

Report Name

Description

TX Result Report

Prints a list of the result of a transmission after it has been
completed.

RX Result Report

Prints out a list of the results when receiving a confidential
or multi-polling document, or when errors occur during
reception.

Activity Report

Prints a list of results of the last 60 communications.

Memory Data List

Prints a list of the documents to be transmitted or Polling
RX.

Memory Image
Print

Prints the part of the image of a document stored in
memory, which has yet to be transmitted.

One-Touch List

Prints a list of destinations that have been programmed for
One-Touch Dial Keys.

Speed Dial List

Prints a list of the destinations which have been
programmed for the Speed Dial Keys.

Key Setting List

Prints a list of the settings made for Group Dial and
Program Dial.

Machine Status List

Prints a list of current settings made for the Utility key
