SERVICE PROCEDURE

MAINTENANCE

CHECK SWING PINION GREASE LEVEL, ADD
GREASE

Prepare a scale.

Remove bolts (1) (2 bolts) on the top of the revolving frame
and remove cover (A).

Check the colour of the grease. If it is milky white, it is neces-
sary to change the grease. Please contact your Komatsu dis-
tributor.

The total amount of grease is 10.5 litres.

Insert a rule into the grease and check that the depth of the
grease is at least 25 mm. Add more grease if necessary.

Replace cover (A) with bolts (1) (2 bolts).
