13. Connect the attachment piping provided by the attachment
manufacturer.
Joint screw size is as follows.
Right side of arm (1) (bucket line) (standard): 13/16-16
Left side of arm (2) (bucket line) (standard): 13/16-16
Right side of arm (3) (1st line) (standard): 1"3/16-12
Left side of arm (4) (1st line) (standard): 1"7/16-12
14. Before starting the engine, check that the selector valve is
in the correct position.
• Pos. a: when using the breaker
• Pos. b: when general attachments such as crusher
are used
15. After connecting the piping, bleed air from the hydraulic
circuit according to the following procedure.
NOTICE
• If the attachment has its own air bleeding proce-
dure specified by the manufacturer, observe them.
• If the engine is run at high speed or a cylinder is
pushed up to its stroke end immediately after
startup, air taken inside the cylinder may cause
damage to the piston packing.
1) Start the engine.
Run the engine at low idle for 10 minutes after start-
ing, and then start the following work.
2) To bleed all air from the attachment circuit, operate the
attachment operation switch repeatedly (approximate-
ly 10 times) while running the engine at low idle.
3) After completing the air bleeding, stop the engine, leave the machine for 5 minutes, and then start the
operation.
The air bubbles in the oil inside the hydraulic tank are discharged.
4) Check that there is no leakage of oil and wipe off any oil that is spilled.
16. Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank.
