Filling the water cooling unit 

6.1

 

First water fill in 

Remove the front cover (chapter 5.1) and turn on the laser. Open the membrane element at 
the end of the air-vent tube by turning it counter clockwise by approximately 360°.

Thus the air can quickly get out during the filling procedure. Now fill in the first litre of de- 
ionized water into the cooling circuit. Therefore, remove the stainless steel set into the filling 
tube. Then press down the clamp collar to get out the plug.  Use the plastic wrench from the 
service tool kit, to push down the clamping mechanism. It can also be done by hand. 
The filling tube is seen on the right side of the opened laser front.
