Removal of the gas flow controller 

Shut down the LIMAX

® 

120 laser unit and remove the backside cover (chapter 5.2). Remove 

the air inlet and outlet connection tubes (2 and 3) from the gas flow controller and the valve 
connector cables (4) from the PCB stack. Remove three M4x25 socket head cap screws (1) the 
distance sleeves (5, fig. 5.6a) using a 3 mm hex screw driver.
