Removal of the front panel 

Shut down the LIMAX

® 

120 laser unit and remove the backside cover (chapter 5.2). Remove 

two M6x27.5 socket head cap screws (1, Fig. 5.7) using a 5 mm hexagon screwdriver and then 
pull the locks (2) which secure the stay bolts (3).

Remove the front panel by pushing onto the stay bolts and place the front panel as shown in 
Fig. 5.8. Then remove the power supply connector cables (1, Fig. 5.8) and the valve connector 
cables (2) from the PCB stack before removing the front panel completely.
