5 Disassembly and replacement 

5.1 

Removal of the front cover 

Shut down the LIMAX

® 

120 laser unit. Remove the VAC filter by pulling it out (1, Fig. 5.1). 

Then remove two M4x8 hex screws securing the front cover on the bottom side by using a 5.5 
mm spanner wrench (2, Fig. 5.1). The front cover can now be removed by pulling backwards 
on the bottom side and then sliding it down.
