transceiver, “Busy” appears for 1 sec, and the transceiver terminates the transmission of a text message.

When the transceiver sends an encrypted text message and the target transceiver cannot decrypt the received data, an
Unable to Decrypt Message is sent from the target transceiver. If the transceiver receives an Unable to Decrypt Message,
a Call Fail Tone sounds from the transceiver, “Key ID Mismatch” appears for 1 sec, and the transceiver terminates the
transmission of a text message.
