Errors

14 Errors

This chapter contains an overview of error messages you might encounter when operating
FLUXUS. We will describe their causes, give possible reasons for their occurrence and
also try to make suggestions as to how these problems can be overcome.

14.1 Error Messages

14.1.1 Errors during Parameter Input

Error messages F1 and F2:

25.2 MINIMUM

Outer Diameter

Reason:

The entry for the outside diameter was smaller than
25.2 mm or greater than 3100 mm.

Corrective action:

3100.0 MAXIMUM

Outer Diameter

Make sure your inputs are within the respective limit
values. Should the pipe parameters be outside the
given limits, measurements are not possible under
normal circumstances.
Please consult your distributor for advice.

Error message F3:

Too Small !

Inner Diameter

Reason:

The inner diameter, which is calculated from the
entries for wall thickness and outside diameter, is
smaller than the minimum value allowed.

(It could be

possible that you have corrected the outside pipe diameter without taking
the wall thickness into consideration.)

Corrective action:

Check the entered parameters of outside pipe
diameter and wall thickness.

Note:

The error messages F1 to F3 do not appear in Super-User Mode.

Error message F4:

NO DATA !

Reason:

There are parameters missing in program branch
PARAMETER, no complete parameter record exists.
It could be that you have not worked through the
program branch PARAMETER.

Corrective action:

Enter any parameters not yet entered.
