TV Settings
After calling up the menu you will see the following display
(depending on the selected signal output):
For output of the TV picture via the HDMI output:
For output of the TV picture via the Scart-TV output:
The individual items are selected using the
buttons. Changes to the current settings can be made using the
buttons.
When doing this, refer to the operating instructions for your TV set!
Video Output Via
Select here the connection on the receiver to which you have connected your TV set. Either
HDMI/YUV Resolution
Here you can select the picture resolution that will be
sent to the TV set. Either
- 1080i (resolution 1920 x 1080, half-screen images)
- 576p (resolution 720 x 576, full-screen images)
- 720p (resolution 1280 x 720, full-screen images) or
- Automatic
Show 4:3 Event
Here you can select the type of screen display mode
for 4: broadcasts on a 16:9 TV set. Either
- Normal (Pillar Box)
- Stretched (Full Screen) or
- Zoomed in (Pan & Scan)
TV aspect ratio
Select here the picture format for your TV set.
Either
- 4:3 or
- 16:9
Picture format
Select here the type of screen display,
depending
on the setting of your TV format
. Either
- Pan & Scan (only for “4:3”)
- Letterbox (only for “4:3”)
- Automatic (only for “16:9”) or
- Always 16:9 (only for “16:9”)
