a high-pressure pump starts
➜ the operating panel (49/7) indicates "Maintenance - Washing
Out"
➜ the cleaning tank is emptied via the concentrate and drinking
water connection
WARNING Reject the water.
NOTE If the washing out serves as preparation for the dis-
infection-, preserving- or frost protection work
steps, then the system can be stopped at a level of
40 l in the cleaning tank by pressing the "Stop" but-
ton. Afterwards, proceed in accordance with the
respective work steps.
7. The high-pressure pump stops automatically when the cleaning
tank is empty.
➜ The operating panel (49/7) indicates "Cleaning tank filling
level too low"
8. Close valve V12.
3.5.2 Cleaning
Since in most cases the cause of the membrane filter becoming
clogged cannot be determined with complete certainty, it is recom-
mended by the manufacturer that the cleaning procedure always be
carried out in two stages.
Preparation:
Perform the "Washing out" work step according to Section 3.5.1.
Stage 1:
Step 1: Clean with RM Kleen MCT 511 in the sequence described
below.
Step 2: Carry out the working step "Washing Out" according to Sec-
tion 3.5.1.
Stage 2:
Step 1: Clean with RM Kleen MCT 103 in the sequence described
below.
Step 2: Carry out the working step "Washing Out" according to Sec-
tion 3.5.1.
WARNING Do not mix cleaner under any circumstances! Carry
out the cleaning steps one after another.
NOTE The cleaning fluid should have a minimum tem-
perature of 20 °C in order to ensure effective clean-
ing.
The best cleaning performance is achieved when
the cleaning agent temperatures are between 30 °C
and 35 °C.
