MAINTAINING
ANTIVIRAL PROTECTION

for Lotus Notes/Domino uses the following databases in
its work:

Check-up database
– The database that contains the objects currently
enqueued for processing by the Monitor module. You can work with the
objects stored in this database (for more details please refer to section
8.1 on page 58).

Quarantine database for storing:

Mail messages
– This database contains mail messages that
were quarantined after scanning for subsequent processing (for
more details please refer to section 8.2.1 on page 59).

Documents
– This database contains documents quarantined
as a result of scanning by the Scanner module. You can work
with these quarantined objects too (for more details please refer
to section 8.2.2 on page 61).
•
Report database
– This database stores the reports generated by the
Monitor and the Scanner modules after processing each object (see
section 8.3 on page 63).
In this document, for convenience, each name of a section describing a
database includes its path. For example, the section that contains a description
of the check-up database has the following name:
