Do not charge a frozen battery, otherwise there is a risk of
explosion.
Replace the Battery.
The specifications of the new battery must be the same as those of
the used one.
The new battery must have the same capacity, voltage (12-volt),
current intensity, structure and seal plug. The battery must comply
with TL 82506 (December 1997 edition or later) and VW 75073
(August 2001 edition or later).
Caution!
Please note that the exhaust hose must be connected to the
opening on the side of the battery, otherwise gas or battery
electrolyte may overflow.
Battery supports and battery terminals must always be properly
secured.
Please read “Warnings for operating battery” before working
on a battery.
Information About Environmental Protection
The battery contains a few harmful substances, such as sulfuric
acid and lead. Therefore, the waste battery must be recycled in
accordance with regulations and shall not be treated as domestic
waste. Do not turn over the removed battery. otherwise, sulfuric
acid may flow out.
